How do enquire/ book?
First complete the booking form on our website
We will then get in touch with you to schedule an initial consultation. Here we will discuss your ideas and vision, potential colour schemes, themes and any specific requirements. If you have any floral ideas, it would be great to see any images and hear your thoughts. If you dont - No worries, we got you! Please check your junk folder for consultation invites!
After your consultation we will send over an initial bespoke quote based on what we discussed together, our quotes are valid for 30 days.
If you are all happy with the quote. We will send an invoice for a 25% deposit and contract to secure your date.
Wahoo! You’re now booked in and will have Bua Blooms create the flowers of your dreams!! Based on our discussions we will then go ahead and curate a bespoke mood board that brings your vision to life.
From now until your wedding date we are on hand to answer any questions or give any advice.
6 weeks prior to the wedding we have a final consultation. Here we will discuss any changes needed, amend your quote with additions or subtractions and lastly send over your final invoice which is to be paid 30 days before your wedding date.

Is there a minimum spend?
2025 our minimum spend starts at £1500. However, we know that some people have smaller weddings in mind and with that comes smaller budgets. We do offer a micro package that starts at £500, this usually covers your personal flowers however please get in touch to find out more! Our micro package is a collection only service from Ilford, London on the day of your wedding.
Do you have a price list?
Here at Bua Blooms, we are all about creating unique floral pieces. These pieces are tailored to you and your partner, your styles and vibe. That’s why we only offer bespoke quotes and do not have a price list. From different styles, different venues, seasonality and everyone's alternate visions we create a quote just for you.
When should I book my wedding or event flowers?
Our dates fill up fast, we recommend securing your date as soon as possible! We have our diary open for the current and following year. Please reach out to see if your date is available.
Do you offer styling services?
Currently this is something we do not offer however we do know some incredible stylists who we can put you in touch with.
Once I have secured you for my wedding date, can I change my idea?
Yes of course! From now until your wedding date we can change directions if your vision develops. We are flexible on changes up until your final consultation where all details must be finalised.
Where do you travel for weddings?
We are based in East London and commonly do weddings here in the big smoke and Essex. However, if your wedding is further a field, we will do our best to make it work!
Do you do florals for Press or Brand Events/ Dinners or Photoshoots?
